Refund Policy
A full refund within 14 days of your first payment, for any reason. After that you can cancel at any time and keep access until the period you have paid for ends.

The first 14 days
If Envgrid is not what you expected, write to support@envgrid.dev within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full. You do not have to give a reason, and we will not ask you to sit through one.
This applies to every customer, anywhere. Consumers in the European Union have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days; most Envgrid customers are businesses, where that right does not apply. Rather than work out which side of the line each sale falls on, the same 14 days are offered to everybody.
After that: cancel whenever you like
Envgrid is billed monthly and there is no minimum term. You can cancel from Settings → Billing at any time, which opens the billing portal run by our payment provider.
Cancelling does not cut you off immediately, and it is not meant to. Your subscription stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and the billing page shows you that date. Nothing is charged after it.
Part-months are not refunded once the first 14 days have passed. Cancelling on day 20 of a month leaves you with ten days of access, not a third of your money back.
What happens to your services when you downgrade
Each plan covers a number of services. If you move to a smaller plan and have more services than it allows, the ones beyond the limit are archived — never deleted.
- An archived service keeps its entire deployment history, environments, commits and changelogs.
- It disappears from the grid and stops counting toward your plan limit.
- Reactivating it brings everything back exactly as it was, provided your plan has room.
- Which services are archived follows the order you set in Settings → Services, so the ones you put first are the ones that stay.
A downgrade is a change of plan rather than a refund event, so the difference is not returned for the current period. The new price applies from your next renewal.
If something is genuinely wrong
The policy above is the floor, not the ceiling. If you were charged twice, charged after cancelling, or billed for something you never used because Envgrid was broken, write to support@envgrid.dev and we will sort it out regardless of how many days have passed.
How refunds are actually paid
Payments for Envgrid are processed by Paddle, who act as the merchant of record — the seller on your invoice and the name on your card statement is theirs, and Paddle issues the refund back to the original payment method.
You can therefore request a refund either from us at support@envgrid.dev or directly through Paddle using the receipt they emailed you. Either route reaches the same place. Funds typically appear within five to ten business days, depending on your bank rather than on us.
